Elizabeth Terán holds a Técnico Superior Universitario (TSU) qualification in Business Administration and has professional experience in administration, operations, retail, customer service, team coordination, property management and process improvement.
She has led ELI GROUP since 2013, managing operations involving up to 100 different properties, including condominiums, houses and shopping centers.
Her hands-on experience in real operations forms part of the foundation on which she develops OpsImpact and ELLIE Method.
She works in English and Spanish.
