1. Website purpose and engagement
This website describes the services of Elizabeth Terán, operating under the trade name OpsImpact, based in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Browsing the website or contacting us by email or WhatsApp does not, by itself, establish a service contract. Each project requires a commercial proposal and service agreement accepted by both parties.
2. Information and scope
Website information is descriptive. Scope, timelines, deliverables and fees are specified in the accepted proposal. OpsImpact’s initial offering excludes accounting processes, advanced integrations and full-service advertising campaigns.
3. Intellectual property and external links
Website copy, designs and brand elements belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited. Links to external platforms are subject to the respective providers’ terms and policies.
4. Availability and rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or other mandatory legal protections.
5. Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules and applicable rules on judicial jurisdiction. Contact: contact@ops-impact.com.
